As a nonprofit executive, you know there is a scarcity of data available about compensation in the Western New York nonprofit business community. You also know that access to compensation information would be valuable to the management and operation of your organization. Our goal was to assemble reliable data about salaries in the Western New York nonprofit community. We believe that we have accomplished that goal.

Published bi-annually, the Lumsden & McCormick Western New York Nonprofit Salary Survey should be helpful to nonprofit executives, officers and board members. We are committed to conducting this survey every other year and, in doing so; we will refine it based on what we learn from your comments. Therefore, we encourage your comments and feedback.
