Retirement Plan

  • The firm makes a discretionary profit-sharing contribution to the plan each year. Two full years of service are required to be eligible to participate in this portion of the plan.
  • All voluntary salary deferrals as well as any discretionary profit sharing contributions credited to your account are 100% immediately fully vested.
